Infant & Child Development Programs provide primarily home-based services including support, information and early intervention services to children from birth to school entry who have a developmental disability or risk of developmental delay.
ICDPs are required partners for the SmartStart Hubs and may act as the first point of contact with the children's service sector for many families.
